Office hours update, July 24, 2020

MOA Office

The physical closure of our office extended into May, June and most of July, with the majority of Association business being conducted via email, telephone and Zoom. The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) has put in numerous extra hours to ensure every application received was reviewed.

The MOA office will now be staffed again during regular business hours 10:00AM to 2:00PM, Monday through Friday however, as a precaution the doors will remain locked. If you would like to meet in person to discuss an ARC application or other Association business please make an appointment by calling 503-524-4429 or emailing to admin@murrayhillowners.com. If you are at the front door please knock or call the number on the door to be admitted.

ARC applications and fees can be dropped off in the mail slot anytime 24/7 to the left of the Murrayhill offices front door at 11010 SW Teal Boulevard.

CMI’s Office

CMI’s office is open, but continuing to rotate staff to meet distancing requirements, with many of the staff members are continuing to work from home. If you have a question about your HOA account, please call 503-233-0300 and ask for the accounting department. Due to staff WFH, there may be delays in responding to your call, but they will return all calls in the order they were received.
