As summer progresses the Compliance Committee is receiving an increasing number of reported landscape issues, most  are  lawns and parking strips filled with dandelions. Landscape standards include weed control in lawns and planting beds, maintaining healthy lawns, regular mowing, edging, pruning and maintaining healthy trees and shrubs. Homeowners are responsible for maintaining the parking strip lawns and trees adjacent to their property.
